I need to return an item

Please read the information below and send both the delivery note and parcel to:

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item or items to us within 14 days from the date that you received your order. Any returned item must be in its original as new condition*, including tags and all original packaging. We will issue a full refund on receipt, or exchange the item for a different size, if preferred. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. Some products will be non-returnable due to hygiene reasons. All items excluded from our Returns Policy will be clearly marked so in the product description on the website.

The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.

Please write your Order Number on the completed Returns Form (provided with the Delivery Note) and include this along with the item(s) being returned in your parcel. Please note that the item is your responsibility until it is received by us. Items being returned should be packaged securely, and marked on the reverse of the package with the Sender’s address.

For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the full value of the goods. We also recommend that you obtain Proof of Posting when returning your item(s) back to us, as this will assist in the event of loss or damage.

*Note: When trying on garments, please ensure that you are not wearing perfume, body spray or deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item. Please handle all items with care and do not apply any unnecessary force to garment fastenings or other items (e.g. jewellery) that may result in damage.

Exchanges

If you require a different size in an item you have purchased, you may return it within 14 days from the date of receipt for an exchange. If you wish to change the item(s) for a completely different item or colour then you will have to place a new order and return the other item(s) for a refund.

You will not be charged for delivery on exchange items. However, the cost of returning the original item is your responsibility.

Faulty / incorrect items

All items are checked thoroughly prior to dispatch. If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact customer services at sales@dressnimpress.com within 7 days of receipt.
