How much is delivery?
UK - £3 Next Day Delivery (Free if you spend £40 or more)
Europe - £6 International signed for delivery
Rest of the World - £12 International signed for delivery
When will I receive my item?
United Kingdom - All of our parcels are sent on a next working day service. To qualify for next working day your order must be received by 15:30 (3:30pm) on a working day (Saturdays, Sundays & Bank Holidays are not working days).

We aim to deliver your parcel within the times below but please note all overseas orders are subject to stringent security checks which can delay delivery. We reserve the right to refuse and refund any orders unable to pass through our credit control department.

Who Will Deliver My Parcel?
We use various different couriers depending on your delivery area. For orders going to mainland UK we use Royal Mail Special Delivery, while orders going to Northern Ireland will go by DHL Express. For international orders we use Royal Mail Airsure. All of our couriers offer a swift and secure signed-for delivery service and we’ll send you delivery updates by email.
What if I am not in when my parcel is delivered (UK)?
Please ensure that the delivery address you have given is one where there is usually somebody home to accept the package. If the delivery officer cannot deliver they will leave a calling card.
With Royal Mail, the parcel will not be left. The driver will leave a card with instructions such as collection from a post office, redelivery attempt, or collection from a depot.
If a second delivery attempt fails, you will need to collect from your local depot or arrange another delivery attempt (which may incur an extra charge).
Can I get my parcel delivered to a different address?
Yes, you can add a different delivery address when placing your order. Please note there may be a delay for fraud prevention checks.
Can someone else sign for my delivery?
Yes, anyone at the delivery address can sign for the goods.
Can you leave the delivery in an agreed hiding place?
No, all parcels require a signature on delivery.
Can I pick up my order from your warehouse?
No, warehouse collection is not available.
